About The Roles
Transport our guests back to the darkest moments in San Francisco's history within the deep depths of the San Francisco Dungeon. We are now looking for amazing theatrical actors to help bring to life the authentic stories of old San Francisco in an original, scarily funny walkthrough show. As an actor, you will work to ensure the guest experience is at the heart of all activities and strive to improve all levels of performance, customer service ambience, and brand delivery...all to guarantee our guests have a magical, memorable, and interactive experience.
• Monologue of your choice
• Improvisation scene
• Performance of an element of the script
• Interview to explore your experience, knowledge of voice, and ability to work well under pressure
Responsibilities
• Ensure you perform shows as stipulated by the scripts, and that any variation is agreed by the Performance Supervisor. Ensure the Dungeon brand is maintained throughout your shows.
• Respond to changes in the level of business in a proactive manner maintaining the visitor flow and pace as instructed.
• Under the direction of the Performance Manager, you will explore and develop new ideas, themes and characters within theatrical performances; attend workshops to devise new ideas and theme.
• Responsibility to ensure compliance of Health, Safety & Security within the workplace and in line with the Group Policy (HS001). About You
• Trained Actor. Strong, physical performer with good characterization skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events. Minimum of three (3) days of open availability, including weekend availability (one (1) Saturday or Sunday per week). About The Benefits
