Operations Manager
This is a senior management role with responsibility for bar, box office, front of house, and retail operations. Provide exceptional leadership around the principles of 5-star service, maximizing profit, and customer safety and satisfaction, while supervising the managers of four operations departments. Experience in theatre operations is essential, yes, but even more important is a gift for managing systems — both human work-flow systems and information systems. Implementing and improving back-end technology is a central part of the job. Full time, benefits eligible, salaried at $65K-80K.
