Assists Production Manager and production team
Works with directors and Production Manager to ensure that all rehearsals have a designated space.
Manages poster distribution with company to ensure posters are distributed in the city.
Assists Production Manager with auditions and call backs: e.g. Flow of traffic and ensures that actors have sides, are checked in, and have filled out Audition Forms
Ensures that there are auditions forms to be filled out
Must be present at all auditions and call backs
Obtains set, props and costume lists from directors
Ensures that props, costumes and set pieces are collected by deadline
Works with Production Manager on creating show program
