(Remote) International opportunity

Start Date: Immediate
Focus: Social Media and PR Campaign 
-Perfect interning opportunity to learn and actively engage in the field of marketing and PR. 

TPO is launching an international crowdfunding campaign on June 17 2019. While we finish all necessary preparations we are looking to add to our marketing team. 

As an intern you would work remotely with our Marketing Director and Executive Director. You are not responsible for creating content for the campaign but you instead will help in the execution of the marketing plans. 

Specific tasks will include:
Engaging on Social Media before, during, and after the campaign. Through engagement on behalf of the orchestra you will only be asked to spread good will. Make kind and smart comments on other people and organizations pages/profiles and NOT just posting links back to us. 
We only want to raise our own community and build relationships. We are not looking for instant donors through social media engagement. 

Hashtag research:
We are a ''world music'' ensemble. We need assistance in discovering all pertinent hashtags that are being used in our genre by other amazing Grammy winning artists as well as the local heroes throughout the planet who are performing outstanding music. 

PR launch. 
Similar to the hashtag research, we need assistance discovering who the influential podcast, blog, log, and other media giants are in the world music field. 
We ultimately hope to get coverage, shares, and assistance from these outlets. However, we also want relationships with these people and are delighted to provide interesting content for them. We want to help them. We don't want to only request help. We want symbiotic relationships to begin with our first true campaign. 

Continued Correspondence - 
We need you to follow up with any contacts you make or are brought to us. We need to create a system in which people are quickly responded to. If they are musicians, artists, Publicists, or other individuals. 

This is a chance to work with professionals with many years of marketing and non-profit experience. You will be working on an international marketing campaign. 

For our orchestra, this is the chance to spread our message that ''we are all human, we are all Pangean''

(Pangean is the name of the super-continent which existed at one time where all of our continents were one) 
We are one. It is time to celebrate our uniqueness and differences while creating a new global sound. No nations, only one amazing planet. 

Helpful skills: Social Media, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram. Marketing, fundraising, professional writing, experience is helpful but not required.
