Music Artist Relations Manager for Festival - Remote

In the role of Artist Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with artists on our platform. Using both relationship management and operational expertise to create a world class experience for our artists to achieve their goals and help Sessions scale. The role will drive key operational KPIs around artist engagement, retention, among others.

Responsibilities: • Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all artists within a specified SLA. Drive revenue growth through coaching artists in your portfolio. • Contribute to definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes. • Set goals and objectives, assist team to make detailed plans for each portfolio of artists. • Mentor a team of associates by providing role and career direction, mentorship and guidance. • Mine data for critical business insights and intelligence. Formulate and communicate findings to the organization.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and above. • Very strong communication skills (both internal and external). • Impeccable attention to detail and follow through • 4+ years of successful account management experience. • 2+ years team management experience
