Cirque du Soleil Auditions
Cirque du Soleil is seeking new talent for its current shows and upcoming creations.
We will hold an audition in Las Vegas (Nevada) USA on March 27, 2019 for the following disciplines:
Puppeteers - Clowns - Physical actors - Ventriloquists - Contemporary mimes - Street performers – Comedians – Drag queens
All physical types are welcome (giants, small people). Additional skills are an asset.
If you are over 18, please prepare a virtual audition, which should include:
Your resumé
Two photos only (one headshot and one full-body shot)
A video presentation no more than 1 minute long: please give your name, age, general background and the reasons for your interest in joining Cirque du Soleil
One or two video clips, no more than 8 minutes each, on stage or in the studio demonstrating your physical acting skills
Other videos: if you wish to show us a particular skill, now’s the time!
Submission deadline: March 10, 2019.
Important information:
Once your application is sent, a talent scout will evaluate your material.
If you are selected for the audition, you will receive an email invitation with additional details.
Please note that:
Cirque du Soleil will not pay for any expenses you incur by attending the audition.
This is a general audition for all roles in our current shows and upcoming creations. If you successfully pass the audition, you will become part of our database of potential artists for future casting calls - we do not offer contracts at the audition.
General terms and conditions of applying online:
The profile information of candidates will be used by Cirque du Soleil and its partners.
The material submitted by candidates will not be returned and may be destroyed by the Casting team.
By applying online, candidates who submit their material via links to demo videos agree that Casting will extract material from these links if necessary to add it to the candidate’s profile.
Applications may be considered for one or more roles in all our current shows and upcoming creations.
